No Refund for Direct Production Issues: If you choose to proceed with direct production without running a sample sew out and encounter issues, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Post-Approval Responsibility: Once you have approved a design, whether it’s for a digitized file or a physical patch, it is considered final. After approval, we will not be responsible for any design discrepancies, and refunds will not be applicable for approved designs.
Design Approval Process: We send a soft copy of your design for approval before production. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and no refunds will be issued based on design errors or dissatisfaction after production begins.
