The default format for embroidery files is DST, but we offer alternative formats upon request, subject to availability. Please ensure to communicate any format preferences at the time of order.

  • Delivery Time: We strive to deliver digitized designs and vector files within the specified time frame, typically within 4 to 8 hours for most orders. However, minor delays may occur due to specific reasons, such as additional customer requirements or technical issues. Rest assured, we make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

  • Delivery Method: All software products are sent via email to the address provided by the customer during the order process. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within the expected time frame.

For Physical Patches

We deliver our embroidery, leather, and PVC patches using the fastest and most reliable courier services to minimize shipping time and ensure that your products reach you quickly and safely.

  • Pre-Production Approval: Before we begin the production of your physical patches, a soft copy of the patch design will be emailed to you for final approval. This allows you to review the design, ensure it meets your expectations, and make any final changes. Once approved, no further claims or design changes can be accepted during or after production.

  • Shipping Method: We use leading courier services to ensure the swift and secure delivery of your patches. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but we work to provide the fastest available options to our customers.
