1. Services

We offer professional embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, and the production of custom embroidery, leather, and PVC patches. Our services cater to all types of embroidery and screen printing businesses in the United States.

We strongly recommend that customers run sample sew-outs before proceeding with full production. ArtisticEmb will not be held responsible for any issues arising from direct production without conducting a sample test. Once a design has been approved, any further claims or complaints regarding the design will not be entertained.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed in advance before we start working on any project.
  • We accept payments via secure online methods.
  • Any orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Fridays will be processed on Monday morning, unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our representatives. This excludes any special cases where we’ve made prior exceptions.
  • For rush orders, no additional charges will apply. However, rush projects are handled on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the complexity of the design.

3. Turnaround Time

We aim for a swift turnaround time of 4 to 8 hours for embroidery digitizing and vector conversion services, depending on the complexity of the design. In some instances, more time may be required for intricate or large designs. Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

4. File Formats

We primarily deliver embroidery files in DST format, but can accommodate other formats such as PES, JEF, EXP, or any format your machine supports, depending on availability. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear instructions if a format other than DST is needed.

5. Design Approvals

After completing your design, we will send you a soft copy for approval. We require customers to carefully review and approve the design before moving forward with production. Once a design is approved, no claims or alterations will be accepted.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions are allowed if required after the initial design has been completed, provided that the changes fall within the original design brief. If the requested changes are significant or fall outside the scope of the original instructions, additional charges may apply. Free revisions will be provided for any errors that occur on our part.

7. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the best quality, on-time delivery, and ongoing support. If you’re not fully satisfied with the final output, we offer a money-back guarantee. However, this does not apply if you choose to proceed to full production without conducting a sample sew-out first.

8. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details regarding the design, format, and specific instructions are clear and accurate before placing an order. Any errors or miscommunications due to incorrect or incomplete details will not be the responsibility of ArtisticEmb.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting designs or artwork to ArtisticEmb, the customer acknowledges that they either own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the design. We will not be liable for any copyright or trademark infringements related to designs submitted by customers.

10. Communication

Our team ensures transparent communication with our customers throughout the design process. If additional information or clarification is required during the project, the designer handling your design will reach out to you. Similarly, you are welcome to contact us at any stage if you need to provide further instructions or have any concerns.

11. Delivery of Files and Products

For digital services like digitized designs and vector conversions, files are delivered via email within the agreed turnaround time. Minor delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will communicate any delays promptly.

For physical products such as embroidery, leather, or PVC patches, we use the fastest courier services to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, before final production, we send a soft copy for approval. Once approved, we proceed with production, and no claims or adjustments will be accepted after this stage.
